2. Account Registration

Users register with an email address and one-time password (OTP) verification. Each individual may maintain only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

3. Credits & Billing

• Credits are purchased in advance ("prepaid") using cryptocurrency.
• Credits are denominated in USD and deducted per API call based on token usage.
• Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change with 7 days' prior notice.
• Credits do not expire.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refund terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal activities;
• Generate content that exploits minors;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• Resell access to the service without prior written authorization;
• Circumvent rate limits or otherwise abuse the API;
• Use the service to develop competing products using our infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the service belongs to you, the user, subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). apipool.net does not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, apipool.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount of unused credits remaining in your account at the time of the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a locale preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and authentication session cookies. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
