1. Prepaid Credits
apipool.net operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance, which are consumed on a pay-as-you-go basis as you use our API services.
2. No Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Credits are a digital prepaid balance, not a physical product
- Credits are consumed upon API usage and cannot be “returned”
- Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire
- Partial refunds for unused portions are not available
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in the following cases:
- Service outage: If a verified service outage caused failed API calls that were billed
- Billing error: If a technical error resulted in incorrect charges
- Duplicate payment: If a payment was processed more than once

4. Chargebacks
Since payments are processed via cryptocurrency, traditional chargebacks do not apply. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us directly.
5. Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, remaining credits are forfeited. If you voluntarily close your account, unused credits are forfeited.
